Selecting
& Testing
We select only the best quality Nan bamboo that has matured for 3 to 5 years to ensure durability and strength in our products. Every batch of raw bamboo undergoes rigorous testing for sulfur dioxide content.

Slicing
& Cutting
Our precise slicing and cutting processes ensure that the bamboo is perfectly prepared for further shaping and finishing, maintaining consistency and quality in each piece.

Shaping
& Polishing
The bamboo pieces are carefully shaped and polished to achieve a smooth finish, enhancing both the appearance and functionality of the final product.

Drying
& Sterilization
The bamboo is dried thoroughly to keep the moisture content below 7%, which helps prevent mold and ensures long-term stability. The sterilization process, including microwave treatment, ensures that the bamboo is free from insects and bacteria, even during humid conditions.

Packaging
& Delivery
Packaged bamboo products undergo metal detection to ensure safety. The products are then carefully packed and prepared for delivery, ensuring they reach customers in perfect condition.
